Contact ChemicalPeel.org
Before you write
ChemicalPeel.org is a patient education website, not a clinic. We cannot give medical advice, look at photographs of your skin, comment on a treatment you have had, or book an appointment. If you have had a chemical peel and something seems wrong, contact the clinician who treated you. If you have signs of a serious reaction, call 911 or go to urgent care. Suspected reactions to a product regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration can also be reported to the FDA MedWatch program.
Please do not send medical records, photographs of your skin, or details of your health. We do not keep medical information beyond what is needed to reply, and we would rather you did not send it at all.
Report an error or ask about a source
Email seo@thesearchsherpa.com with the page address, the statement you are questioning, and, if you have one, the source you think we should look at. Our standard is to acknowledge every report, and to make material corrections, meaning anything that could change a reader’s decision about a treatment, within two business days of confirming them, adding a dated note to the page. The full process is in the corrections section of our editorial policy.
Provider listing enquiries
If you are a licensed clinician, or a clinic that performs chemical peels, and you want to be listed when our clinician listings open, email seo@thesearchsherpa.com with your name, credential, practice name and address, and the state in which you are licensed. Listings are not open yet and nothing you send is published today. We will reply with what we need from you and how listings will be checked before any of them go live. A listing will not be an endorsement, and inclusion will never be influenced by, or a condition of, anything on our educational pages.
Clinicians named on this site
If you are named on this site as a reviewer, contributor or provider and want your profile corrected, updated or removed, email seo@thesearchsherpa.com from the address we have on file. Removal requests are honored. Where a page carries a published review record, that record keeps the name of the clinician who signed it; no page carries one today.
Press, reuse and permissions
For interview requests, permission to reuse text or images, or questions about our editorial process, email seo@thesearchsherpa.com with “Press” or “Reuse” in the subject line. Photographs of identifiable people are published only with their consent, and may not be reused without our written permission and theirs.

Express Med Spa and Catara Med Spa are paid marketing clients of this site’s publisher. They cannot answer questions about the website, and we cannot answer questions about the clinics; please contact a clinic directly through its own website.
What happens to your message
We use your email address and message to reply to you and to keep a record of corrections. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your details to Express Med Spa, Catara Med Spa or any other business for their own use. The only other parties who handle your message are the service providers described in our privacy policy, and the narrow legal and safety disclosures set out there. Details are in our privacy policy.
