Terms of Use

Terms of Use

Effective September 1, 2026. These terms are between you and MedSpa Marketing SEO, a subsidiary of The Search Sherpa LLC, the publisher of ChemicalPeel.org. Questions: contact us.

1. Agreement

By using chemicalpeel.org (the “site”) you agree to these terms, to our privacy policy and to our medical disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may change these terms; the effective date above tells you when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

2. The site is education, not medical care

The site publishes general information about chemical peels and related skin treatments for educational purposes. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a recommendation for or against any treatment, product or provider. Using the site does not create a clinician and patient relationship between you and MedSpa Marketing SEO, a subsidiary of The Search Sherpa LLC, any writer, any reviewer, or any clinic affiliated with the site. Always consult a licensed clinician who can examine you before making a decision about your skin or your health, and never delay or disregard professional care because of something you read here. If you have signs of a serious reaction to a treatment, call 911 or go to urgent care.

3. Who may use the site

The site is intended for adults in the United States. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are under 18, use the site only with a parent or guardian and do not submit personal information to us.

4. Our content and how you may use it

Text, images, tables, graphics and code on the site are owned by MedSpa Marketing SEO, a subsidiary of The Search Sherpa LLC or used with permission and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, print and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, mirror, sell, or create derivative works from the site’s content without our written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution and a link. Photographs of identifiable patients are published only with the written consent of the person shown, and may not be reused without our written permission and theirs. Automated collection of content, including for training machine learning systems, is not permitted without written permission. Requests go to seo@thesearchsherpa.com.

5. What you send us

If you send us a correction, a comment, a question, a photograph, or any other material, you confirm that you have the right to send it and that it does not contain another person’s private medical information. You give MedSpa Marketing SEO, a subsidiary of The Search Sherpa LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, edit, publish and archive what you send for the purpose of running and improving the site, including publishing a dated correction note. That licence does not extend to a photograph of a person or to health information: we will not publish or archive either without separate written consent that names the use. We may decline to publish, or may remove, anything at our discretion. Do not send us medical records, photographs of your skin, or details of your health; we do not want them, and if you send them we will use them only to reply to you and then delete them.

6. Provider listings and accounts

Clinic and clinician listings are not open yet. When they open, clinicians and clinics will be able to apply to be listed, and the terms in this section will govern that application. By applying you confirm that the information you give is accurate and current, that you hold the licences you describe, and that you will tell us within 30 days if any of it changes. We may verify what you tell us against public licensing records and other public sources, may decline or remove a listing at any time, and may publish the verification date and the fields described on the application page. A listing is not an endorsement or a recommendation by MedSpa Marketing SEO, a subsidiary of The Search Sherpa LLC, and the site is not a party to any arrangement between you and a patient. If we give you an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done with it, and you must tell us at once if you believe it has been misused. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

7. Listings and third-party links

The site links to outside websites, including those of Express Med Spa and Catara Med Spa, of the sources we cite, and of any provider listed here in future. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices, or any service you obtain from them. A link is not an endorsement. Any arrangement you make with a provider found through the site is between you and that provider.

8. Affiliation

The site is published by a medical spa marketing agency that provides paid marketing services to Express Med Spa and Catara Med Spa, and our medical reviewers work for or own those clinics, which sell chemical peels. The relationship is described in our disclosure statement. Nothing on the site should be read as a promise about what either clinic will do for you.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to post false or misleading information about a provider, to harass anyone, to submit malicious code, to interfere with the site’s operation or security, to circumvent access controls, or to impersonate a person or organization. We may block or limit access to anyone who does.

10. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep the content accurate and current, and our editorial policy explains how, but we make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, about the site or its content, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Treatment outcomes vary from person to person, and nothing on the site is a promise of a result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedSpa Marketing SEO, a subsidiary of The Search Sherpa LLC, its owners, staff, writers, reviewers and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or connected with your use of the site or your reliance on its content, even if we were told such damages were possible. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims connected with the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, remedy or consumer right that the law does not permit us to exclude or limit, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct or legally actionable deceptive practices, and including rights under the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, which cannot be waived. Some states do not allow some of these limitations, so some of them may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you are responsible for third-party claims caused by your deliberate unlawful use of the site or your deliberate infringement of someone else’s rights, including reasonable attorneys’ fees. This does not make you responsible for our own acts, omissions or breaches of law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute connected with the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

14. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice with the material identified, the page address, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act, and your signature by email to seo@thesearchsherpa.com with “Copyright” in the subject line.
